Ubuntu
"ubuntu" means Humanity to others. This is a new Linux distribution had its first release on 20-Oct-2004. It is based on Debian linux and the recent version 6.06(Code Name: Dapper Drake) was released on 01-Jun-2006. It is sponsered by Canonical Ltd. As many other linux distributions, this is also a free distribution. Its not just free to download, you can also order free CD's from its Shipit website. It also has some other distributions named Kubuntu, Edubuntu and Xubuntu. I came across this ubuntu recently while reading about it the Linux4U magazine. I was just trying out some Technology magazine. I tried out DeveloperIQ, PCQuest, ITWorld, MSDN MAgazine, TechNet Magazine and Linux4U. Out of which MSDN magazine was the best and it has what im looking for. It has free online version. And coming back to Ubuntu... I ordered the CD's and waiting for it to Try Ubuntu.....
